Fashion Log
I've been in a total outfit-repeating rut lately, just cycling through the same handful of clothes. Taking a leaf out of Cheytopia's book, I have created this fashion log so I can be intentional about my daily dress! I'm excited to see what patterns occur and any other insight that can be gleaned from this, haha!

| Clothes | MY DREAM DRESS!!! AKA my High Waist OP in black by Metamorphose (sans apron)!! Since this dress is an OP you can basically just wear it and you're done lol. BUT I am wearing a cute pair of white knee socks with ribbon ladder lacing at the cuff! |
| Shoes | My trusty black Mary Janes by Doc Marten |
| Accessories | Gold-plated moonstone drop earrings. In my hair I have a pair of black barrettes with white torchon lace by Baby, the Stars Shine Bright. Would like to pair this outfit with a gold heart shaped locket, but alas I need to replace the one I lost :/ (still not over it) |
| Hair/Makeup | Added loose curls to my hair and teased it. Then, I pulled parts of it into low half-up, half-down pigtails. The base have the barrettes stuck in them. No makeup today. |
| Thoughts | SOOOO happy to finally be wearing my dream dress!! Not only is the dress super cute, it's super comfortable!! This is the perfect piece for when I wanna wear lolita but don't want to deal extra fussiness. It's my favorite style of lolita too, late old school around 2006ish, and then that weird transitionary period before the rise of OOT 2010s sweet. Swapping out the moonstone drops for a different pair of earrings and adding a gold locket will be the cherry on top for this coordinate. I'm so inspired to style more of my lolita dresses!! |

| Clothes | A sleeveless mini jumper dress designed for layering in a shade of coffee brown. Beneath it I wore a cream top that had caramel colored horizontal stripes and big ol' collar with crocheted lace. Paired this with ankle socks that had black cats peeking out around the cuff! |
| Shoes | The most comfortable brown loafers in the world! |
| Accessories | Gold-plated pearl studs, and an ADORABLE bracelet with lemon charms and gold ribbons! |
| Hair/Makeup | A half-up ponytail; no makeup. |
| Thoughts | Loved loved LOVED this outfit!! Super cute and cozy, and it exuded warmth. I felt like a grownup version of Kit the American Girl doll! |

| Clothes | Vintage ankle-length Gunne Sax dress from the 80s. It's black with a white, pink, and purple floral print. The bodice has gathered sleeves at the shoulder and! drops into a super flattering basque waistline, and is adorned with a lacy collar reminiscent of a reversed sailor collar? Paired this with a pair of bright yellow socks (trust me on the sock color!) |

| Thoughts | This is definitely a "safe" outfit for me, I wear variations of this frequently. It's cute and comfy and fun to wear, but it doesn't require a ton of effort! This dress was a Christmas gift and I'm still SO in love with it!! |

| Clothes | My red gingham jumperskirt by Emily Temple Cute. Coordinated it with a long-sleeved ivory bolero that ties in the front and has two rows of adorable crocheted strawberries. Continuing the strawberry theme with white knee shoes that have lace and crocheted strawberries at the hem. |

| Hair/Makeup | Didn't have enough time to get my original plan to look right, so I lightly curled and teased my hair, and then pulled it back with a headband. No makeup. |
| Thoughts | It's been a few months since I last wore lolita and my first time wearing this dress! My coordinate isn't how I originally envisioned it since I had a few hair malfunctions and didn't end up wearing my black and white bow barrettes. That said, this is a cute plan B! Very cheerful, perfect for spring and summer! For coordinate pictures I'm probably gonna do my hair with barrettes how I wanted though. |

| Clothes | A secondhand fern-green high collar blouse with rows of lace and pintucks down the front. Bottoms were a pair of cream-colored bloomes with a lavender floral print. The bottom hems had a lacey ruffle as well! I tightened the drawstings at the legs for a gathered look. |

| Accessories | A set of gold-plated earrings shaped like violet harebells. Delicate, dainty, and dreamy! |
| Hair/Makeup | Gave my waves an extra curl and then teased them for extra volume. I bobbypinned one side back by my hair while the other hung loose. No makeup. |
| Thoughts | A consistent banger that's whimsical yet comfortable! This outfit is one of my go-to's when I wanna have the coziness of pajamas but look presentable. The bloomers have an elastic waist making them perfect for PMS weeks. Wearing this makes me like a fairy attempting to blend into the human world! |
